What are the shipping rates?

How are the goods shipped?

The goods will be shipped using an express air courier and delivered to your door or address provided. Please ensure that you give a very accurate delivery address in your country in English Language. For physical addresses the delivery will be to your door, so ensure there is someone present on the day of delivery. For other addresses like Postal Addresses the goods will be held by your Post Office and you will get a collection notification.
Kindly note despite all our good intentions we shall not be liable where delivery fails due to incorrect addresses.

How are the goods packaged?

The watches are packaged in a Naviforce branded box inside a protective courier envelop or parcel box.

Where are the watches shipped from?

Depending on stock location and availability, we normally ship from any of our warehouses in UK, USA, China or Singapore. 

Which Express Courier are used?

The courier we use varies according to the destination country, currently we use EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS,...etc.

How long does standard shipping take?

It generally takes between 12 and 45 business days for the goods to reach you depending on your location (not including custom processing delays) If however you do not receive your order after 35 days, please contact us immediately.

What about customs and clearance?

Any Customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the courier company. They may need to contact you in certain situations to confirm details of a shipment. This is why it is important to always provide a use-able phone number to us during checkout. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, naviforce-watches.com will try to assist as much as possible. All orders will be categorized as personal use gift items.
Ultimately you the customer will be responsible for any duties or fees that may be applicable in your home country.


How much is Shipping?

The prices depend on the number of items you order, and how much they weigh. 
All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual weight of the goods or the goods' physical dimensions, and in combination with the delivery location. 

Do the shipping prices vary?

The shipping prices depend on the rates offered by the shipping companies, and are subject to change without notice. However, we are constantly working hard on lowering your shipping costs. 

When do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is automatically included during checkout and therefore is fully paid in advance.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

What happens if a shipping is lost or damaged?

If a delivery is confirmed lost or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
