Free Items:

• Due to VERY high demand shipping usually takes 10-30 working days (with a maximum of 60 days in extreme cases), most orders arrive in 2 weeks, however;
• Sometimes your items can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.

• United States: 7 - 21 Working Days
• United Kingdom: 7 - 25 Working Days
• Australia: 7 - 25 Working Days
• Europe: 10 - 35 Working Days
• Canada: 7 - 23 Working Days
• Rest Of The World: 10 - 60 Working Days

Replacements are given for items lost while shipping. Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your item if damaged.
